30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging.
• Items must be shipped in the same or similar protective packaging as the original shipment to prevent damage in transit.
• All components, accessories, and materials included with the original order must be returned.
• Custom orders and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Workshop bookings are non-refundable if done within 72 hours of the actual scheduled time. If you want to reschedule before that, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

How to Start a Return

1. Use the Return Request form below with your order number.
2. You'll receive a return authorization confirmation with shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in original or equivalent packaging and ship it to us.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
